Your City2Surf 2023 training plan

Sunday, 13 August is the big day. 

If you're thinking about joining the world's largest fun run, it's time to lock it in. 

Whether you’re a ‘C2C newbie’ or an ‘experienced C2Ser’, you'll get way more out of it if you’ve done the training. Start preparing now and get yourself race ready!

We’ve put together a City2Surf 2023 training plan for you which you’ll find below.

Get ready to smash the iconic 14 kilometre race to Bondi!

First things first. It's time to decide. Are you committed to taking on the challenge of the City2Surf? If so, get your game face on and let’s do this! 

Make it official by registering for the event. This brings you one step closer to joining thousands of other runners having fun on race day. Plus, the anticipation of the event will spur you on to train. Lace-up those shoes and get excited.

Want more support? Join Sweaty Soul Run Club

Sweaty Soul's run program is designed to cater for everyone, from those who don’t or haven’t run much to experienced C2Sers who run it multiple times. The program runs for 10 weeks, but you can join any time. Join today for just $120. 

The team will be running to raise funds for the Fred Hollows Foundation, which helps to restore vision and eyesight to those in need and less fortunate. Your donation to the foundation is included in the signup cost.

All run club members will receive a Bondi Active run kit, including top, shorts or tights, socks plus a few surprise items! There’ll also be nutritional advice available from Jess Spendlove. Run club members will get access to the Sweaty Soul x Bondi Active post-City2Surf Recovery Party at our Gould Street store.
