All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Please note that there may be a slight delay in dispatch times during sale periods.
All orders will be sent during our operating times of Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Express Shipping AU$15 | 1-4 days
For domestic parcels we use Australia Post, you can track your parcel here.
Rest of the world

Please note all items bought on sale, either online or instore, are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you return a final sale item to us for a refund, exchange or gift voucher we will be unable to process it and will have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.

For any exchanges or if you'd just prefer not to use Refundid simply send your gear and original invoice back to the address below within 30 days with instructions of how you would like to proceed and we will be in touch! For all exchanges please email admin@bondiactive.com before sending off your return to ensure that we have the item in stock.
